Gerry plays acoustic guitar and
sings mainly contemporary material - she also writes her own songs ('Cold
Cappuccino' is definitely a firm club favourite!). She contributed material to
the locally written and produced play 'The People Must Pay' which was performed
at the Phoenix Theatre in Blyth in the summer of 2004.
Her main musical influences
include Beth Nielson-Chapman and Nanci Griffiths.
Gerry and John Redpath used to
perform regularly as a duo, and they still occasionally play together.

decorating, missing the Christmas bus, and the dead rabbit scenario 'regulars
will understand'...
