Being Valentine's Day the 'theme' for this evening was Love and with the news of Esther's sudden death there was a reflective gentleness about the whole evening, performers and audience alike.

This review will not be the usual repartee listing all songs - suffice to say the night was emotionally charged. Performers this evening were Dave & John, Mike Hughes, Jimmy & Carol, Jim Wigfield, Ellen Morgan, Allan Savage, Mike Jessop, Dave Anderson, jiva, Ken & Jane Cross.

Keith Taylor reminded us that Esther loved music and that all songs tonight would be dedicated to her. Many of the lyrics did seem appropriate, but Mike Jessop's emotional rendition of 'Last Thing On My Mind' was especially poignant.
